ÖSEL Foundation is a registered NGO committed to social transformation through equitable access to healthcare, education, and psychological support. Our foundation was built on the principle that sustainable change begins with empowering the most vulnerable communities.

We believe that every human being deserves the right to live with dignity, freedom, and equal opportunity. We are dedicated to breaking down barriers, so that disability is not a limitation and poverty is not a reason to be denied healthcare, education, or nourishment.

We are a team of changemakers - doctors, educators, counsellors, youth leaders, and volunteers, who work at the grassroots level to bring real, measurable impact. Our leadership comprises passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds in public health, community service, education, and non-profit management.
